El Plan Maestro de la Fundaci\u00f3n para el Desarrollo de Algarrobo es el resultado de varias horas de reuniones de nuestro Comit\u00e9 de Medio Ambiente e Infraestructura. Es un documento que contiene las ideas, propuestas, necesidades y sue\u00f1os de nuestros socios para el adelanto de la comuna. Es la \u00abhoja de ruta\u00bb de nuestro quehacer. Consideramos que debe ser din\u00e1mico en el sentido que peri\u00f3dicamente debe ser revisado para su actualizaci\u00f3n, respondiendo de esta manera las inquietudes de nuestros vecinos.<\/span><\/p>\n

La Municipalidad de Algarrobo ha contratado a una empresa consultora para elaborar la modificaci\u00f3n al Plano Regulador de Algarrobo, sin embargo esta iniciativa se ha suspendido a ra\u00edz de la emergencia sanitaria que no hace posible las \u00abconsultas ciudadanas\u00bb. <\/span><\/p>\n

La reanudaci\u00f3n depende del termino de la pandemia. Est\u00e1 pendiente la aprobaci\u00f3n de la \u00abimagen objetivo\u00bb que es la idea fuerza para el desarrollo social y urbano de la comuna.<\/span><\/p>

Consideramos que nuestro rol debe ser el seguimiento al cumplimiento de lo acordado en el Plano Regulador como tambi\u00e9n al PLADECO (Plan de Desarrollo Comunal) y de esta manera conseguir que los vecinos est\u00e9n mas conectados con el desarrollo de los diferentes proyectos y as\u00ed exigir mas rendiciones de cuentas a las autoridades para evitar las frustraciones que se producen cuando no se cumplen los adelantos convenidos.<\/span><\/p>
